Every organization is different. We’ll tailor a proposal based on the courses you select, how many learners you’re sponsoring, and the support you want. Typical volume tiers look like this:

Your purchases are cumulative during your 12-month agreement. If an additional purchase moves your organization into a higher discount band, the higher discount applies to that entire new purchase and subsequent purchases during the agreement period. Previously purchased places are not retrospectively repriced.

For example: Purchase 8 places initially and receive 15% off. If you later purchase another 4 places, your cumulative total becomes 12, and the additional 4 places receive the 20% discount.

Group Training

For organizations that want discounted CBI training and a simple way to purchase and allocate places.

Supported Training

For organizations that want greater visibility over how their team is progressing and additional administrative support.

• Dedicated coordinator for your organization.
• Cohort onboarding, including an optional live kickoff.
• Quarterly progress snapshots so you can see how your team is tracking.
• Cohort-level tracking and certificate management.
• Identification of participants who appear inactive or significantly behind expected progress, where available learning data supports this.
• Quarterly program check-in.
• Priority organizational administrative support.

Annual package fee: $1,100 for 5 learners per year + $140 per additional learner per year.

Training Partnership

For organizations seeking a closer training relationship, regular oversight, learner-facing support, and program-level review.

• Everything in Supported Training.
• Dedicated CBI account manager.
• Implementation and organizational onboarding meeting.
• Live cohort kickoff/onboarding as agreed.
• Monthly progress snapshots and program review.
• Monthly live Q&A session for learners.
• Monthly account-management check-in.
• Proactive review of participation and progress concerns.
• Customized reporting cadence or fields where reasonably available.
• Annual training review and planning discussion.
• Enhanced organizational functionality on the new CBI learner website as it becomes operational and is confirmed in the agreement.

How Payment Works

Simple prepaid purchasing

Once we understand your training requirements, CBI will provide an itemized quote showing your courses, number of places, volume discount, selected support package, and any additional costs. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued.

Once you accept your quote, CBI will issue an invoice. Organizational purchases are prepaid, so payment must be received before course places are released. Payment is made by bank transfer to CBI’s US or New Zealand bank account. Payment instructions are included on your invoice.

Once payment has been received, your prepaid places can be allocated to learners throughout your 12-month agreement.

How long do courses take?
They’re self‑paced. Most learners complete within 6–12 months, depending on hours available.

Can we start at different times?
Yes. Choose a single cohort start date or rolling enrolments.

How do we pay?
We will provide you with an invoice with payment details and send to your accounts department. Payments are made directly into our US or NZ bank account.

What kind of reporting do you offer?
Progress snapshots are included quarterly or monthly for the supported training and training partnership support packages. This will tell you how each learner is progressing and highlight any learners who have not been progressing through their course.

Do you offer facilitator or live sessions?
Live onboarding is available for the supported training and training partnership packages. Live Q&A sessions for learners are included in the training partnership package.
